breakfast- cinnamon and sultana teacake, philadelphia, golden syrup

morning snack- apple

lunch- lettuce, tomatoes,  avocado, radishes, cucumber, yellow pepper, sunflower seeds, pumpkin seeds

afternoon snack- half a mcdonalds caramel frappe, half a greggs coffee creme doughnut

dinner- 3 spinach egg cups, 2 cups peas

late snack- yoomoo tropical froyo, 2 spinach egg cups

exercise- none

CONCLUSION- afternoon snack was a bit naught, but didn’t have any carbs for dinner. then i did have a late snack. so not a good day. i also shouldn’t have eaten the extra egg cups, but they were so tasty! and have only now found out that peas are fairly unhealthy for veggies :( expecting to put on weight if to only change it by 0.1kg :(



day 3 - 19.04.2013

breakfast- homemade cereal bar

morning snack- apple

lunch- lettuce, cucumber, pepper, tomato, avocado, quorn beef slices, houmous

afternoon snack- 1/2 mcdonalds mango and pineapple smoothie, 2/3 gregg’s yum yum

dinner- spaghetti bolognaise, peas, toad in the hole batter

late snack- white wine with lemonade, 5 packs haribo jelly babies

exercise- 12 mins intense dancing

CONCLUSION- did have a gig today and i always eat loads of carbs afterwards so pleased that i managed not to do that- however i should not have had the afternoon and late snack, either one or the other would have been better. also, each haribo pack has 70 calories so that means 350 calories just from a quick fix sweet! mcdonalds smoothie is 100 calories for half and yum yum 200 for the amount i ate
